It seem like decorated trap , paying 1850 per night, and there were no daily room services (cleaning), no breakfast complementary, no soap and Colgate….. with amount your paying it’s not worthied. Been to many hotels this place lacked even basic comfort to guest.

The room was not well maintained , all the walls were stained . Pictures mentioned were good but when we checked in , it was soo bad that we checked out in couple of hours .

There was nothing to like about the place, the place did catfish me.

The place was no way close to the pictures they have advertised, the staff wasn’t helpful either. The place feels like over 50 years old without any refurbishments. At cleaning they surely suck.

Very Poor Hotel and Service. Absolutely Not Recommended!! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Room was smelling pathetically and staff/management were absolutely impolite and rude. No courtesy and once paid, they said the rooms are as it is. Bathroom were dirty and walls unclean.

The service of the receptionist was really bad. We arrived at 11 pm and got confirmation of this by e-mail. First thing the receptionist said was "let me check if we still have some rooms", which setted the tone for the rest of the experience. We were told that we could pay by credit card, but once arrived, the receptionist insisted on payments only by cash. No flexibility on paying at check out, so we needed to head to an ATM at almost 11.30 PM by then. On top of that, the receptionist behaved as he worked at customs (eg, checking very in depth our visa stamps, asked to translate the home address in english for the local police (we never experienced this kind of request),... ). After one hour, we finally got the key to our room. Very bad experience and not welcoming at all. (Date of booking : 25th of Jan)Fortunately, the morning receptionists (different persons) were friendly and helpful.

Room full of bed bugs didn't sleep the whole night worst experience in this hotel I'll never book again ??

Hot water facility is good.

Rooms and surrounding are smells with liquor and cigarates. We don't like this

good & speciuos room, clean bathroom, good breakfast.

1. Biggest turn off was very bad smell in the headboard of the bed. Even after multiple request to clean the headboard using some disnfectant or soap, they never did, all they do is spray room freshner, which doesn't solve the actual problem.2. The Bed covers/bed sheets, pillow covers were having lot of spots.3. Utensils were not well washed.

The room was horrible. I don't understand why it is given good ratings. Sheets were dirty & smelly. Towels weren't washed! Toilets & room flooring could not be in bare foot. Terrible stay!
